For almost three decades, Michael and Sherry have been Friends and “Dive Buddies”. In 2020 while consulting independently, they recognized their similar, yet complementary skills and experiences, and their aligned business values. They formed Fathom15 to bring these skills and experiences to organizations needing a path toward growth, transformative business practices or help overcoming business challenges.

Michael’s extensive global leadership experience has included building the international operations for a segment of a Fortune 100 firm operating in 100+ countries, creating and leading a $150M Global Supply Chain Management function for an international financial services company, and leading a start-up global consulting services firm from $12M to $24M ARR over a four year period.  A veteran of the US Army, Michael has been an entrepreneur owning businesses in Indonesia, Taiwan, and California.

A few highlights, Michael has:
Created a consulting capability for a global immigration firm, and led the company to over 100 new company signings in 3 years.
Successfully managed one of the most respected Intercultural Training organizations in the industry, taking the business unit from a $800K loss to a $1.75M annual gross profit over a 3-year period.
Led the West-coast practice for a major consulting firm.  Created new products and managed more than a dozen high-profile consulting projects.
Managed Customer Success for a global talent management SaaS Company, transforming the business unit, building the department and retaining $25M in ARR.

In Michael’s career, he has also worked with hundreds of leading companies and organizations, providing advice and guidance on issues related to global talent and talent mobility.  Over the last several years this focus has become much more about sales, go to market, business development, and business strategies.

Michael has a BA in Economics from San Francisco State University, an MS from UC Berkeley, and a certificate in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University’s prestigious W.P. Carey School of Business.

Sherry sweitzer

Sherry has led Global Sales and Marketing teams as well as Regional Operations for some of the world’s leading full-service EPC and maintenance companies. Within this industry, she has had the opportunity to work in the infrastructure, energy, mining & minerals, Federal, telecommunications, education, pharmaceutical, nuclear and environmental markets.

A few highlights, Sherry has:
Led and Managed as part of a small team, the global sales team of 700 individuals responsible for $10 – 15 billion in annual sales revenue.
Trained approximately 1,000 sales and marketing staff in both basic and advanced sales and marketing techniques.
Doubled the revenues of a Southwest US based infrastructure team over a four year period with full P&L responsibility.
Grew a global marketing team from 10 US-based to 200+ globally based individuals in response to the firm’s rapid growth.
Transformed proposal processes to drive new sales and market penetration.

Led successful customer acquisition efforts driving new business.

Sherry has a deep and current understanding of sales research and methodology, in particular Gartner’s Challenger Model, and its practical applications. She also has a strong background in finance, pricing, forecasting, corporate communications and acquisitions and mergers.

Sherry has a BS in Zoology (Summa Cum Laude), from California State University Pomona.
